Ce dispositif int\u00e9gratif au c\u0153ur d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement ordinaire entend leur accorder un enseignement plus adapt\u00e9 et davantage d\u2019attention. Mais aussi d\u00e9velopper, au sein de la classe, des valeurs telles que l\u2019acceptation de la diff\u00e9rence.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Comparer des nombres et savoir identifier leurs diff\u00e9rentes composantes, telle est l\u2019activit\u00e9 qui occupe\u00a0 pr\u00e8s d\u2019une trentaine d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves de cette classe de 6P du Coll\u00e8ge des Alpes \u00e0 Pully (VD). La particularit\u00e9 de celle-ci&#160;&#160;? Elle int\u00e8gre dix \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant des troubles de l\u2019apprentissage ou du comportement. Et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un dispositif de co-enseignement, assur\u00e9 par Jessica M\u00fcller et Manon Vuffray. \u00ab&#160;&#160;Johann, tu mets de c\u00f4t\u00e9 tes avions s\u2019il te pla\u00eet&#160;&#160;\u00bb, avertit Manon Vuffray, en parall\u00e8le \u00e9tudiante en Master \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole p\u00e9dagogique (HEP) du canton de Vaud. Certain\u00b7e\u00b7s l\u2019ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 termin\u00e9. Et pour faire corriger celui-ci, ils et elles font la queue au bureau de devant, celui de \u00ab&#160;&#160;l\u2019autre ma\u00eetresse&#160;&#160;\u00bb, l\u2019enseignante ordinaire. \u00ab&#160;&#160;J\u2019ai le mien derri\u00e8re, pour avoir une meilleure vue d\u2019ensemble de la classe. Je suis ainsi plus attentive aux enfants qui ont des besoins&#160;&#160;\u00bb, explique Manon Vuffray, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de ce projet d\u2019enseignement en \u00ab&#160;&#160;double commande&#160;&#160;\u00bb. Auparavant enseignante dans la classe Trampoline du m\u00eame \u00e9tablissement, elle a mis sur pied ce dispositif&#160;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&#160;Cette classe \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer seule. Il y avait quatre \u00e0 six \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019\u00e2ges diff\u00e9rents pr\u00e9sentant des troubles du comportement et des apprentissages, parfois avec un QI tr\u00e8s bas. Certains parents d\u2019enfants sans difficult\u00e9s scolaires s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent d\u2019une prise de retard sur le programme. Mais aussi du bruit provoqu\u00e9 par une classe affichant un effectif de 27 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, cinq de plus que dans une classe ordinaire. \u00ab&#160;&#160;Nous avons d\u00fb les rassurer et leur expliquer son fonctionnement. Trouver ses marques dans la gestion de la classe ou dans la mani\u00e8re de fonctionner a pris du temps au bin\u00f4me. Pour elles, la pr\u00e9sence de deux \u00ab&#160;&#160;ma\u00eetresses&#160;&#160;\u00bb est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, puisque cela permet \u00ab&#160;&#160;de mieux s\u2019occuper de nous&#160;&#160;\u00bb, disent-elles en dessinant. \u00ab&#160;&#160;Elle t\u2019aide pour les tests et les dict\u00e9es&#160;&#160;\u00bb, d\u00e9taille Isra \u00e0 sa camarade Hanna, dont les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage \u00ab&#160;&#160;ne sont pas une raison pour ne pas \u00eatre amies.&#160;&#160;\u00bb Pour Diana, avoir deux enseignantes joue aussi un r\u00f4le sur l\u2019attitude des \u00e9l\u00e8ves&#160;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&#160;Avant, dans l\u2019autre classe, un de nos camarades ne se comportait pas tr\u00e8s bien.
