Deux d&#8217;entre elles font le point.<\/strong><!--more--><\/h4>\n<p>G\u00e9r\u00e9 par les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epi.ge.ch\/les-epi\/accueil\/\">Etablissements publics pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration (EPI)<\/a>, qui accueillent des personnes en situation de handicap ou en difficult\u00e9 d\u2019insertion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epi.ge.ch\/prestations-entreprises-particuliers\/ateliers\/restauration\/basane-cafe\/\">le restaurant Basane<\/a>, dans le canton de Gen\u00e8ve, fait partie des cinq lieux de restauration de l\u2019institution&#160;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&#160;Durant la premi\u00e8re vague, l\u2019ensemble des apprentis en Formation pratique INSOS (FPra) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confin\u00e9s pendant trois mois&#160;&#160;\u00bb, explique Fabrice Ninet, chef de secteur formation et int\u00e9gration au service restauration des EPI.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Durant la premi\u00e8re vague, l\u2019ensemble des apprentis en Formation pratique INSOS (FPra) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confin\u00e9s pendant trois mois&#160;&#160;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong>Une formation en p\u00e9ril&#160;&#160;?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Durant cette p\u00e9riode, la Formation pratique des EPI a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise sur pause. Des contacts t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s par les charg\u00e9s de cours. Cette mise \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat de trois mois aura-t-elle un effet sur la dur\u00e9e de la formation&#160;&#160;? Non, l\u2019assurance-invalidit\u00e9 (AI) ayant tenu compte de la fermeture due au confinement, expliquent les EPI. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.battenberg.ch\/fr\">Fondation Battenberg<\/a> \u00e0 Bienne n\u2019a d\u00fb suspendre aucune formation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa strat\u00e9gie \u00ab&#160;&#160;Placement&#160;&#160;\u00bb&#160;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&#160;Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un r\u00e9seau \u00e0 l\u2019externe et travaillons avec des homes de la Ville ainsi que des h\u00f4pitaux de la r\u00e9gion&#160;&#160;\u00bb, explique Isidro Marques, sp\u00e9cialiste int\u00e9gration et ma\u00eetre socioprofessionnel \u00e0 la fondation. Les apprentis FPra ont \u00e0 nouveau travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 leur taux ordinaire et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es aux mesures sanitaires&#160;&#160;: accueil personnalis\u00e9, emballage et distribution de couverts individuels, d\u00e9sinfection ou respect du marquage au sol&#160;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&#160;Le m\u00e9tier reste le m\u00eame mais il y a un impact sur les relations avec la client\u00e8le&#160;&#160;\u00bb, compl\u00e8te Fabrice Ninet. Un syst\u00e8me de vente \u00e0 emporter a aussi compl\u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019offre&#160;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&#160;Automatiquement, les apprentis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s aux nouvelles demandes, comme la prise de commande par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.&#160;&#160;\u00bb<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Automatiquement, les apprentis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s aux nouvelles demandes, comme la prise de commande par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>A-t-il des inqui\u00e9tudes pour l\u2019avenir&#160;&#160;? En tout cas, pas pour les d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s de ses apprentis FPra qui, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, peuvent postuler, s\u2019ils le souhaitent, au sein des EPI \u00e0 un poste de collaborateur en emploi adapt\u00e9&#160;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;&#160;Il est tr\u00e8s rare qu\u2019un apprenti, suite \u00e0 sa FPra, d\u00e9croche un emploi dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie libre.&#160;&#160;\u00bb Pour Isidro Marques, la pand\u00e9mie n\u2019a pas eu beaucoup d\u2019effets sur les apprentis FPra, mais davantage sur ceux suivant d\u2019autres formations. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un stage de trois mois en home, l\u2019un d\u2019eux a m\u00eame d\u00e9croch\u00e9 une place de formation AFP dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- \/flzn:zn_text --><br \/>\n<!-- flzn:zn_text --><\/p>\n<div id=\"flzn-text-2\" class=\"zone zn-text is-alignwide with-bg bg-color is-bgc-yellow-light\"><span class=\"zone-bg bg-color bgc-yellow-light alignfull\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"zone-block zn-text-block alignwide va-top\">\n<div class=\"row mw-content-zone zn-text-row\">\n<div class=\"columns large-12\">\n<div class=\"row large-up-1 with-nice-alignment nbloc-1\">\n<div class=\"column zn-text-col\">\n<div class=\"column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wig-content mw-content\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Vaste enqu\u00eate d\u2019INSOS<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont ressortis de la rencontre <a href=\"https:\/\/insos.ch\/actuel\/agenda\/restauration-les-entreprises-dintegration-mises-a-lepreuve\">\u00ab&#160;&#160;Restauration&#160;&#160;: les entreprises d\u2019int\u00e9gration mises \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve&#160;&#160;\u00bb<\/a> organis\u00e9e par INSOS en mai. De nombreuses institutions ont d\u00fb arr\u00eater temporairement leurs offres de formation et de travail. Les grandes entreprises ont pu g\u00e9rer la situation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des solutions alternatives et des ressources financi\u00e8res plus importantes. Les plus petites ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s, les mesures de l\u2019AI ne pouvant parfois plus \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sous pr\u00e9texte de subventions et de places de travail assur\u00e9es, certaines d\u2019entre elles ont eu des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 obtenir des indemnit\u00e9s lors de la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019horaire de travail de leurs employ\u00e9s, \u00e9galement ceux avec handicap. INSOS a d\u00fb intervenir pour corriger cette interpr\u00e9tation erron\u00e9e. Enfin, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle des apprentis de 2020\/2021 a \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9e, puisqu\u2019ils ont eu moins d\u2019exp\u00e9rience pratique.
